Steps to Update Your VAT Number
1. Log in to your StrikeTracker account
2. Click Account, and then click Edit Account.
3. Update your VAT number via the relevant field displayed.
4. The status next to your VAT number will say “Pending” for up to a week while our tax department validates the number.
5. Once the validation is complete, an e-mail will be sent with a status of the review from the Billing team.
Note: If the VAT number is determined to be invalid, you will continue to be charged tax on your invoice.
6. Please note that if the VAT number is accepted, it will only apply to newly generated invoices.
