How do I update my VAT number?
- Log in to your StrikeTracker account
- Click Account, and then click Edit Account.
- Update your VAT number via the relevant field displayed.
- The status next to your VAT number will say “Pending” for up to a week while our tax department validates the number.
- Once the validation is complete, an e-mail will be sent with a status of the review from the Billing team.
- Note: If the VAT number is determined to be invalid, you will continue to be charged tax on your invoice.
- Please note that if the VAT number is accepted, it will only apply to newly generated invoices.
