Updating your VAT Number
- Log in to your StrikeTracker account
- Click Account, and then click Edit Account.
- Update your VAT number via the relevant field displayed.
- The status next to your VAT number will say Pending for up to a week while our tax department validates the number.
- Once the validation is complete, an e-mail will be sent with a status of the review from the Billing team.
- Please note that if the VAT number is accepted, it will only apply to newly generated invoices.
If the VAT number is determined to be invalid, you will continue to be charged tax on your invoice.
Updating your PO Number
- Log in to your StrikeTracker account
- Click Account, and then click Edit Account.
- Update your VAT number via the relevant field displayed.
- PO numbers will be displayed on newly generated invoices only.
