Payment Failure Reasons
A payment may fail for a few different reasons. Examples include, but are not limited to:
FAILURE REASON | RESOLUTION |
Expired Card | Enter in new Payment Method |
Bank Hold | Please reach out to your financial institution |
Address Issue | Verify the address with your credit card company matches the address in the portal |
Updating Payment Method
To update your payment method on file, click Billing and then click Payment Methods.
Then select the Edit from the drop-down menu of the payment method you'd like to update.
Once your payment method is updated, you may pay your account directly.
