Adding a Payment Method
Navigate to the payment methods screen by clicking Billing. Then, click Add payment method.
Supported Payment Methods
We currently support the following payment methods through the portal:
- Credit card
If the payment method you want is not available, please email our billing department at firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries.
Setting a Default Payment Method
Select the payment method you wish to use from the table. Click Edit, and check Set as Default Payment Method.
A default payment method is required.
A payment may fail for a few different reasons.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
|Expired Card||Enter in new Payment Method|
|Bank Hold||Please reach out to your financial institution|
|Address Issue||Verify the address with your credit card company matches the address in the portal|
Updating Payment Method
To update your payment method on file, click Billing and then click Payment Methods.
Then select the Edit from the drop-down menu of the payment method you'd like to update. Once your payment method is updated, you may pay your account directly.
